Teenage Engineering K.O II Sampler

Custom model and render of the Teenage Engineering K.O. II made with Blender, labels and screen elements recreated in Illustrator, post processed in Lightroom. This piece required a lot of small details from labels and the screen elements, as well as some removable covers and battery slots. Some details you may never see, but the details are worth it when you want to create unique views.

For example, the varying plastic textures created contrast in material and surface detail, which brought it closer to photorealism. The lighting effects in the display also reflect the goal of creating realism, I wont tell all the secrets but the more realistic the approach the more real the result.
