Dangote Annual Report

I designed the full annual report for the Dangote Group, from concept through final print production. Every texture, pattern, infographic, and illustration in the document is original. No stock. That's a decision I made early because a company of this scale deserves visuals that feel as specific as the numbers they're reporting.

Annual reports are one of those deliverables that look simple but touch every design skill at once. Typography, infographics, illustration, print production, color management, and narrative pacing all have to work together across dozens of pages. Each spread had to tell part of the company's story while also functioning as a standalone visual if someone flips straight to it. That's a hard balance. You're designing for both linear reading and random access.

I worked closely with the copywriting team to make sure the visuals and the narrative reinforced each other. The pacing was intentional. Big, bold openers give way to dense data sections, then breathing room before the next chapter. It reads the way a good presentation flows, with rhythm and variation that keeps you engaged.

The final product went through rigorous color management and pre-press proofing to make sure what I designed on screen translated accurately to print. With the rich textures and custom patterns throughout, there was no room for color drift. The result is a report that communicates Dangote's milestones and ambitions with the confidence and craft the brand demands.
