Printer AI is a document automation platform I built to eliminate the most tedious part of professional writing: starting from scratch. You upload an RFP, contract, or brief as a PDF, select a workflow type, and the system generates a structured document in response.
The workflow library covers the document types that eat the most hours in any business operation: RFP responses, SWOT analyses, market analysis reports, risk assessments, meeting minutes, case studies, and slide deck outlines. Each workflow has its own logic for how it reads the source document, what it extracts, and how it structures the output.
The frontend is a custom React application with an n8n-driven backend handling the AI orchestration. The dashboard tracks documents created, time saved, and efficiency metrics. A source library lets you upload reference materials like brand guidelines, financial data, and competitor research that the AI uses as context across all your generations. The result isn't raw AI text. It's formatted, structured output that's ready to present or drop into your existing workflow.
