What it does

Overview

See yourself in any outfit

Upload a photo, add the pieces you're curious about, and Fitted generates you wearing the outfit. Not a model, you. The hard part is making it actually look like you, and that took a four-phase pipeline and a lot of failed single-shot attempts to get right.

Build a closet, mix looks, and share the ones that land.

The Fitted workflow: your photo, the clothing pieces, and the generated result
Start with a photo, add the pieces you want to try, and Fitted composites them onto you. The dress, heels, and bag on the left are the exact items in the result, with your face, hair, and proportions kept intact.

Under the hood

Four phases, not one shot

A good result needs sequencing. One phase sets the body and pose, another defines how the outfit layers, a third composites the clothing onto you, and a fourth checks for the clipping and proportion errors that break the illusion. Throw everything at the model at once and you get gibberish: clothing floating in space, faces melted into shirts.

Built on a FastAPI backend with Celery workers for the async image pipeline and Google's image models. Shipped on the App Store after four rounds of Apple review.
